Come off the M5 motorway just after Exeter onto the A30 and head west across Devon.  Continue across Bodmin Moor.

Keep going west on the A30, past turnings for Truro, Redruth and Camborne.

You'll reach Loggans Moor Roundabout at Hayle.  Take the 3rd exit onto the A30 (signposted Penzance, St Ives).

Approaching next roundabout get into the right hand lane and take 2nd exit signposted for St Ives town (A3074).

At the mini roundabout a few metres further on, continue straight on (1st exit  A3074).

At the next mini roundabout, again just a few metres further on, rather confusingly, you will see signs to both left and right for St Ives town. Take the right turning (3rd exit A3074) St Ives which goes through Lelant, (which is approx 4 miles from St Ives Town Centre).

Continue along the main road for approximately 3-4 miles through Carbis Bay. When you get to the St Ives Harbour Hotel (used to be Porthminster Hotel), drive straight on (don’t turn left).

You will pass the Malakoff Bus Station as the road bears to the left, and then to the right.  Continue down Tregenna Hill, go straight on and then at the end of the High Street, at Barclays Bank, turn right.  Follow the road around to the left and then turn right straight down towards the Harbour where you take second left along the Harbour Seafront.

At The Sloop Inn, (opposite the beach slipway), turn left up Fish Street then 1st left again into St Peter’s Street.

Granny’s is at the end of the road on the left.
